He’s basically saying that all his campaign money is going towards these cases. For anyone else, this would be an admission of misusing campaign funds, but anyway…
In all honesty, he doesn’t need to debate, do rallies, etc. The indictments play into his the “they’re out to get us” bullshit, and they’re giving him the press he wants. He’s actually showing up, in person, to pre-trial crap just so he can have his face on camera.
I don’t think it will matter for the election. That’s still a year and three months from now. I’m betting he has a heart attack and dies from the stress of all these trials before then. The dude has been eating Big Macs and not exercising for 77 years.
