Ooh. I just spotted something. The video I attached didn’t go across the Mastodon/Lemmy boundary. Seems that Lemmy won’t let me upload video. :-/
It worked for me. I’m using Boost for Lemmy as my client.
Weird. I’m just using the web site.
Also worked for me using Sync for Lemmy, FWIW.
The video works for me using Lemmy on Mobile Firefox web browser. The fun quirks of early software lol

It worked. I’m seeing it on lemmy.world using Firefox. I’m not using any of the special front-ends.
