    If you go camping, almost everyone uses air mattresses, except if you really wanna go ultralight. They can be quite comfy and don’t deflate if you put the cap back on

      For some reason air mattresses for camping or water fun can last decades while those air guest beds don’t last ten uses.

      I stopped buying air guest beds and just use the (very thick) camping mattresses.

    The feeling of resting on a slowly deflating air mattress before you pack it up is amazing. I remember one time, my sister (now wife) and I went on a camping trip with an inflatable mattress, and we both just slooowly let it deflate while we laid on it before we packed it up. Good times!

    Even with a rectal tube and a one way valve, your facts would need to overcome the pressure of an air mattress with you lying on it, which would be quite the fart indeed
