This is pretty much my take on jokes using darker material. I’m a very sarcastic and facetious guy, so I say jokes in ways that imply I don’t believe what I’m saying, which makes the joke a joke.

This might just be me, but an exclamation point ruins this joke, and many similar ones

With no exclamation point, I read this as a very dry, very serious response, and the comedy comes from the absurdity of what’s said with a straight face

When I see the exclamation mark, my brain goes “BOOMER BOOMER BOOMER”

These kinds of charts are usually used to compare things that, in this case, wouldn’t be science, but humourously could be considered science if given a chance

But the other guy is right-if you don’t follow the scientific method and don’t try to describe your findings in ways that attempt to better understand the universe, then that’s not science. That’s bias
