I’ve been a fan for decades now to the point that I don’t even realize I’m quoting them sometimes…but my respect for JB definitely took a hit there and I have to think now about how much of his public image has been carefully crafted by PR agencies over the years.

I’m sure there are valid economic reasons to not include it…and I’m also pretty sure those reasons are made up obfuscate a larger goal of maintaining the status quo.
