I assume you have read the Kim Stanley Robinson trilogy. When I read it, as a teenager, I was definitely a Green-Mars proponent, but as I grew up learnt more about palaeontology and geology, I became more of a Red-Mars proponent.

I used Linux back in the 90s as my primary OS. They were simpler times. Since then I have used BeOS, various versions of Windows and (primarily) MacOS.

As posted above, same here. We use the Intercom feature on a HomePod to call her down. She hates it because the whole point of AirPods Pro is so she can ignore everyone!
I’m trying to train the rest of our household to use our voice assistant intercom feature.
One of the kids hates that the intercom interrupts whatever she is doing, as far as she is concerned, she ignores everyone else and uses her noise-cancelling earbuds for a reason.
Before anyone asks, I have already trained them to not say anything personal within earshot of the home assistants.

If there is, can someone in our workplace IT department please roll that out so we can just get on with doing real work without stupid interruptions and questions from the OS. There is no situation where I would rather use Bing than DuckDuckGo or Google do stop asking me and stop reverting my settings after each software update.
