In my experience, it’s better when people are accountable for defined stories without scope creep in the name of being agile. Or having entirely blank story descriptions “that will be filled in later” but make sure you add a story point!

A friend of mine had a sign on her door that warned about a sleeping baby, please don’t make noise and wake the baby!
I wear one in public when I’m sick, or when someone in the family is sick. I just assume that whatever they have is something I’ll catch sooner or later.

It’s almost like reddit took a page from the Elon Handbook of Management or something. I think most people will immediately go back to reddit, or try to use both for a bit. People who used something that wasn’t the official app may end up here (but maybe not for the same amount of time per day/week/etc).
Whatever it is that reddit wants to monetize about its users via its app specifically is not something I want any part of.
Doesn’t he himself use this feature a ton? 😂
FMLA is job protection and is not about pay. Not every job offers sick time. I don’t know what percentage of salary STD covers. IIRC FMLA is only applicable to larger companies.
People shouldn’t have to dig into sick time or take Short Term Disability after having a baby just to maybe get paid for a few days or weeks, maybe at 100% if they’re lucky.
