Thought you were talking about Pete. He pretty clearly seems like the one the blues are grooming to take over next. He’s well-spoken and probably a much safer pick for liberals than AOC.

All 3 are pretty active, although the bottom one is a bot community hat automatically finds rising and popular communities in the fediverse. The top two are similar, but one seems to be about just generally bringing attention to communities people want more users in (community promo), and the other is about advertising newly created or revived communities (new communities).

I personally subscribe to all 3, but I’m always trying to find new communities to add to my home feed. I prefer using that over All or Local.

It’s sad there are Muslims willing to stand on stage with Trump knowing the shit he’s done and said.

But it’s equally sad that Kamala Harris can’t do the same thing.

I think my favorite right now is Scaled Sort. It helps give my smaller communities more visibility.

Ya I use different accounts on Lemmy to customize my home feed right now since Lemmy doesn’t have a multi reddit-like feature yet. Also, every now and then an instance goes down, had technical problems, or people randomly decide to defederate with it. That person’s advice is pretty good. I mostly stick with this account now, but I feel better knowing I have a backup lol.

I made an Alt account on lemmynsfw.com in case I wanted to post NSFW stuff. I haven’t yet, but it’s also good if you want to follow that kind of stuff and keep it separated from your main account (sometimes I want a horny main feed, sometimes I don’t lol).

At least its democratically controlled if it’s controlled by the government (well, once we establish an actual democracy first) and the profits are given to all of us.

“Aren’t doing enough to stop this”? Dude, they’re causing the bad things right now. They’re the ones giving bombs to Israel, a missile defense system and sending boots on the ground, attacking Yemen, meeting up with Israel to help them organize attacks against Iran and Lebanon with our intelligence. It’s not even like they’re not doing enough to stop bad things from happening, they’re actively encouraging it.
