Hey, get back in the sewer, weirdie. No mutants on the surface.
From my new user experience it seems like active comments get placed higher regardless of upvoted. i.e. comments that are still being commented on or new ones.
I’ll add a complaint. The upvote is too close to the comment button in compact mode.

I like Lemmy, it’s much more mellow and the discussions are much better. I’ve given up on Reddit personally. But sometimes people here have a crazy idea in their heads that Reddit is actually going to suffer and lose people and Lemmy is going to take them all in. I don’t think the majority of Reddit is going anywhere even with their fuckups
Let’s be real. /r/place is a good time. It’s going to keep people interested in Reddit and not the tiny corner that’s fighting with Reddit bootlickers to make a Lemmy space.
It doesn’t matter because even if it ends up with the greatest fuck spez message ever it’s still engagement on the site and that’s what they’re looking for.
I’m only seeing 9k but it’s basically a clone of a much more popular futurama forum that has constant posts. It’s gonna be tough to get consistent posts and engagement.
I’ve never had any interaction good or bad with them in my 11 years on Reddit. I consider that a good thing. They’re in the background doing what needs to be done and I appreciate that.
Well surely you’ll be able to see mine.
Really, all that shows up on my all feed is memes. Old. Memes.
Turns out that guy had a pretty neat background.
That’s okay gramps. It’s just your Alzheimer’s kicking in.
I peg you as a glass is half empty kinda guy, am I right?

Well, Phil, that’s one I happen to agree with.
I used the Walmart stuff on my headlights while I was selling my car and can confirm it improves the performance of the headlights. But I had read the oxidation which causes the yellow plastic will come back pretty quick. I didn’t get to see since I sold the car. Maybe someone else can chime in about that.
